Returns Policy

All Sales Final for Research Use Only Products

Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) peptide compounds, their perishable characteristics, strict regulatory requirements, and chain-of-custody integrity requirements, all sales are final. Once a RUO peptide product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned, resold, or redistributed under any circumstances except as explicitly outlined below.

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. In such cases, you must contact our support team at support@pepterna.org within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number and purchase date
• Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
• The lot number and batch information from the product label
• A detailed description of the issue encountered

Resolution Process

Upon receipt and verification of your claim, Pepterna will, at its sole discretion, issue either:

• A replacement product of equal value, or
• Store credit for the full purchase amount

No cash refunds will be issued. All resolutions are final and at Pepterna's discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• RUO peptide compounds that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from original packaging
• Products stored or handled outside of manufacturer-recommended conditions
• Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request
• Products without original lot numbers and batch documentation intact
• Items showing signs of use, tampering, or improper storage

Shipping and Handling

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturer defect).

Research Use Only Compliance

All returns must comply with our Research Use Only policy. Products must not have been used for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research. Any evidence of human or animal use, self-experimentation, or therapeutic application will result in immediate denial of the return request and may result in account termination.
